Trash customer service system

There in built app webchat users leave you waiting for days, and unfortunately I'm not exaggerating. After waiting 7 days for a response, the webchat advisor informed me they are unable to help and to call in. Upon calling in I was told to contact another team, not transferred. After calling the second number, I waited for over an hour before an automated voice told me to leave a message and I'll be contacted back. As of today, that message was left 18 days ago.
