This is the worst current account and company

This is the worst current account and company i have ever known. Not only do you get robbed monthly and daily, if you ever have a problem with your account you wont get in touch with anyone for about a month after trying everyday. On top of that they just let any kind of fraud happen on your account then say theyll file a dispute and refuse to replace it everytime. This account has made what should be simple banking so difficult and if you dont live near a high street bank with a cash machine then good luck withdrawing your money as youll be charged £3.99 plus the banks fee at any other cash point and then they claim its to the company that provides the cash machine and not their company which is a lie as it never used to happen before they changes everyones accounts for the worse. So not only do they lie to you, they will steal your money and refuse to explain why or help or even make it so you can speak to someone about it.
