I have had money problems trying to get my money that umi couldn't get from the ATM I was still charged. They charged me £61.75 for me attempting to get £60. I phoned you and I was told a dispute would be raised. I have not been able to get in touch with you as the phonel line keeps going dead. I was told that you would call me. In over a week nobody has called me. I get charged for everything I do also. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
