Enjoying the experience.

only ever had one issue which was resolved at source by an excellent customer service lady who went above and beyond to ensure an outcome. One level of appreciation was my request for a credit limit increase which was accepted and balanced, not given straight away but a date given to ensure i continued to facilitate my account correctly i was kept updated via email text and postal and was awarded the increase on the given date. all of which installs my already known belief that use my account correctly and the company will support me continually.
