Poor customer service

I lost my job a few years back and needed to suspend my account to pay the balance off. I cleared my balance a long time ago. I have not had a card for the account for years but I still keep getting emails offering great interest rates for balance transfers that I can't do because I don't have card details to call and access the these offers.
