Terrible Customer service

Someone tried to make a fraudulent payment with my details. Vanquis blocked this and notified me, saying they would cancel my card and send a new one. So I was initial happy with how they handled it. But it took almost two months to get my account reactivated and a new card send (which then had the wrong pin). It took 6 or 7 phones calls and many more emails to sort things, as every time they contacted me, they made another mistake that made the situation even worse. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
