Pay pal is excellent company I've never had a real problem in the years I've been with them if you need them there always at hand to help with any query you may have and always very efficient and pleasant I found even a little thing your not sure of they will help and explain it to you in English and make things clear for you to understand Reviewed on: 16th May 2026

I have been with PayPal over 14 years and never once had a problem from them to help if I need them they are super efficient and help you in the best way available from purchase queries to bank or payment queries they explain it in the best possible way so you understand how they helping you if you have a problem they are very efficient and do not hurry you they always ask you if your making a payment over the phone can you afford that payment there's no problem too big for them they will help and explain everything to you in simple language so you understand them and they have good knowledge and are very friendly PayPal is always handy for lots of things not just purchases but for paying bills sending money etc if you have a problem or are not sure what to do just phone customer service and there's always someone to help no matter what and the staff is very nice and friendly and there's also a message service best thing I ever done when I joined pay pal it helps a lot to budget for things that you can't afford to pay for out right and they even have a pay in 3 so it goes over 3 monthly payments I am very happy to be a pay pal customer Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
