Need more protection from PayPal when being scammed

I had an issue once where I was scammed, PayPal were not very helpful. Customer services didnt help much, passing me off to the bank making it their problem. I found this unsatisfactory, as the person is probably still scamming people. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026

PayPal customers service

I have dealt with PayPal customers service due to monies been stolen from me through fraud. The money could not be refunded, but the service received was acceptable. I have also been given credit which has been very helpful when needing this for purchasing items. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
