In my experience, customer service is usually good, and often even excellent. However, there have been a few occasions when I was left disappointed. For example, I once purchased £100 worth of game codes for my children, but the codes were deactivated as soon as we tried to use them. When I contacted the seller, I was repeatedly told to resolve the issue through PayPal. Unfortunately, customer service said they couldn’t help either. As a result, I couldn’t repurchase the codes in time for Christmas, which left my children very disappointed. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
