I feel I’m treated as a person, not a number

I feel I’m treated as a person, not a number which from such a large corporation is so so rare. Approvals are fast, finance is easy, payments are seamless and I trust PayPal. I’ve only had one instance of having to dispute a payment and the resolution speed was fantastic. I have and will continue to recommend Paypal Reviewed on: 5th May 2026

Always seamless processes - never required customer service help so cannot rate however, that in itself is a positive and shows the experience I have had to date. I would definitely recommend to others! Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
