Great customer service

I had to contact customer service as there was an issue with my monthly repayment (you can't use PayPal balance to make a payment -who knew?), and I had received "late fees" on my account. Great customer service gentleman, explained all, helped me sort it out, and also removed the charges as a goodwill gesture!It's an easy to use payment plan, with multiple options!
