Never needed customer service :-)...

Never needed customer service which is why I put neutral. Very good payment plan options. One point is I was not sure how to access a bill for my credit payment when I first used it. That was stressful but all way okay once the first payment went through. It would be good to have an email immediately to let a person know how the payment schedule works.
