I recently had an issue with a Direct Debit payment.

I recently had an issue with a Direct Debit payment. I spoke to an advisor who sorted the matter out there and then and also arranged a payment holiday for the following month. He was an Irish chap and was courteous, professional and friendly. Reviewed on: 28th May 2025
