Leaders in transparency via customer service.

I have been with PayPal for a good number of years and I have never had any trouble with them. They are always good at customer service and ensure the issue is resolved to a high level. I had a case where I used PayPal for a transaction which turned out to be fraudulent. PayPal helped me every step of the way and ensured that I got my money back.
