Excellente Customer service

I recently had an issue with an online purchase where the seller failed to deliver the item as promised. After trying to resolve it directly with no success, I opened a dispute through PayPal. The process was straightforward — I submitted the details and supporting evidence, and within a few days, PayPal reviewed the case. To my relief, they ruled in my favor and issued a full refund.
