Great customer service when dealing with Disputes

I use PayPal all of the time its great especially if you have a dispute with a retailer they are easy to contact and disputes are resolved quickly nobody else offers this on small amounts so they are brilliant for dealing with them Reviewed on: 11th June 2026

It's great to be able to use PayPal credit especiall...

It's great to be able to use PayPal credit especially if you have a problem with any of the transactions I recently had a problem with a company selling an item that in no way matched the advert for it I raised a dispute about it and I was refunded the money I'd paid it wasn't a huge amount and if I'd used a credit card for the purchase because of the small value involved they wouldn't have done anything but it doesn't matter what amount is involved PayPal will always look into a dispute Reviewed on: 2nd June 2025
