PayPal Credit is a useful digital credit

PayPal Credit is a useful digital credit line for online shoppers in the UK. It’s easy to apply if you have a PayPal account and often offers 0% interest for 4 months on purchases over £99. There’s no annual fee, and it’s accepted by most online retailers that support PayPal. However, the interest rate after the promotional period is quite high, and since there is no physical card, it’s mainly intended for online use. Customer service experiences can be mixed but gotten good experiences so far. Best for: UK users who shop online regularly and can repay within the interest-free period. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2025
