I’ve been using PayPal Credit for some time now and...

I’ve been using PayPal Credit for some time now and overall it has been a convenient way to manage unexpected expenses. The application process was quick and straightforward, and I appreciate how easy it is to track spending through the app. However, my experience hasn’t been perfect. When I needed support regarding repayments, I found it quite difficult to get clear and helpful assistance. Communication could definitely be improved, especially for customers who are going through financial difficulties and need flexible solutions. What I do like is the transparency of transactions and the ability to spread costs when needed — this has been genuinely helpful for my household budgeting. In summary, PayPal Credit is useful and easy to use, but better customer support and more understanding for people in tougher situations would make a big difference. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026
