I was stuck on a call for an hour and 30 minutes tal...

I was stuck on a call for an hour and 30 minutes talking to a man about my financial issues at the moment and he was asking me all these personal questions which weren’t relevant to my issue. I felt so drained after this phone call that I had to email for further assistance. I’m still being charged interest after spilling my heart out to this person I trusted. He was asking me about my mums mental health and her employment situation, her finances, he asked about my little brother with severe autism- very PERSONAL things! After I pay off my debt with Vanquis I will not be using them again. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025
