Review of the Vanquis, Credit builder credit card:

they are adequate, but not great.

they are adequate, not bad enough for me to change service. Honestly Vanquis has been less than great and I am writing this review because they asked me too. I have had very little customer service interactions, they do work abroad they have offered me higher credit offers. They have occasionally charged me for cash transfers even though Ive never used them in that capacity. Honestly it used to feel like they actively wanted you to slip up with credit repayment so they could charge you more. However they now do send you texts and messages warning you of a payment coming. I honestly couldn't recommend them as a service but I don't have experience with other credit providers after University I will probably look for another provider. Even so everything I say still stands, they are adequate. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025
