Most awful customer service and credit card company...

Most awful customer service and credit card company ive known. I got ripped off with a purchase I made of some canvases, I sent photos of the wonky frame and the poor quality image and vanquis said they found no evidence of anything wrong... I then found out a customer service advisor had closed my account without me asking them too.. they then had to retrain the customer service advisor and called me up to ask what I think should happen to the customer service advisor that done this. Im sorry but its a joke. I will be moving credit cards very shortly. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025
