Extremely bad customer service

Good card initially but let down by Extremely bad customer service skills and not good at assisting with customer enquiries. Level of help offered not very good and being misinformed not helpful leading to confusion. Not being empathetic or having a good understanding of enquiry causing enquiry to be more distressing experience than it needed to be. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025
