Carry the card that matters

Having been a Vanquis customer for many years, whilst also having credit cards from alternative lenders, my relationships with them have been smooth and easy in comparison with the others. The customer interaction is both understanding and helpful, as opposed to starkly formal and intransigent. Indeed, when i found myself struggling to meet payments their help and advice was critical, whilst the other card issuers were simply not interested. I am retired now, although I still carry my Vanquis card everywhere I go, The need for me to use it might not arise very often, but if and when it does, I am confident that Vanquis will support my spending, never allow me to get into unassailable difficulty, and protect me against ever increasing scammers and fraudulent transactions.
