Good people

I find that they are always quick to answer the phone or email in regards to any queries or concerns I have. They always explain or break down things I don’t quite understand and I think that separates them from a lot of other credit card providers on the market, it is nice to be able to have things explained in a way that all people of all backgrounds and education can understand.
