I will NOT downlaod the APP for mobile banking!!

i have had a credit card with Vanquis for many years and have enjoyed the use of it to build my credit but I will no longer be using it as I received a message to say that unless I download the APP I will no longer be able to use it as online banking will not be available. I will NOT download any APP to my phone, as a 74 year old pensioner I will NOT use my phone for mobile banking and I will NOT be BULLIED into using my mobile phone for banking!! I used to have a low credit rating due to no fault of my own. and needed a credit card to help re-build my rating. Thankfully I found Vanquis. I applied and fortunately I was allowed to have a credit card. I have been with Vanquis for a good number of years now and have managed to get my credit rating right up there of which I am extremely proud and grateful to Vanquis for helping me get there.
