Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Friendly and knowledgeable staff dealt with my first time enquiry about motorhome insurance and quoted favourable prices against other providers. My only gripe would be that I was only allowed to count one of my security features to towards a reduction in the cost - a little mean spirited I thought having spent a lot of money on them. I would have thought that more than one would deter people from stealing my property and obviously lesson the chance of the insurance company having to pay out an insurance claim!
