A lesson for other insurers to follow

Had to make a claim this summer, my first ever in 20 years of caravanning, and was frankly amazed by how easy and quick the whole process was. Within less than a month the initial claim was made, pics and quote provided for replacement of the damaged part (an sun canopy) and payment made. No quibble throughout the whole process. A superb experience, and one in the eye for all those insurers we all hear about who put every obstacle in the way of a successful claim. Well done! Reviewed on: 17th July 2025
