I've used Caravan Guard for as long as I've had a van (18 years). I've had to make two claims one just this year and had a very good experiance with them. from the go I was allocated a personal advisor so you are actually not only talking to a human (rare in these days) but the same person throughout the claim which has great benefits as you don't have to keep repeating yourself but also you strike up a relationship which goes a very long way with me. Good old customer service! 10/10. The settlement amount was good and was paid into my account months before the reapair could get done, I just needed to send proof of repair before my renewal. very simple and open process.
