Response to injury excellent Customer Service AWFUL

Initial notice to inform you of my accident and response was excellent, you provided me with a ref number and I was able to be seen in hospital. However customer service has been abysmal, I started a complaint in May/ June 2025, I was told it should be resolved by 3/9/25 it wasn’t, I’ve emailed, no reply, I’ve rang twice, given apologies and it would be looked at and a conclusion given to me. I’ve heard nothing! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
