I would like to speak to a representative!

I would like to speak to a representative! Sometimes I just need to ask a question, and the performance of getting to the chat , passwords , portal, verifying who I am is so time consuming for everyone. On one of my last chats I asked if I could call her to get a straight answer as she didn’t quite understand what I was asking, she seemed genuinely shocked that I wanted to speak to her and asked me WHY???
