Car Insurance Renewal

Car insurance renewal due and I needed to make some changes, very difficult to do on line and via the chat, sent an email to portal enquires who advised ringing customer services, to my surprise and relief Leanne called me and went through the renewal and made the changes and offered a revised price. Very happy with the price and because I was able to speak to a human being I was not going to waste time ringing round trying to save a few pounds! Thanks you Leanne. Reviewed on: 8th October 2025
