Liars. Thieves. Check my other reviews on Google and Trust pilot to see why. Left me stranded for a whole day on the most dangerous stretch of the M4. Traffic police eventually had to help me because I was at risk and so were other motorists. Ignored disability. At one time, gave an ETA of 15 hrs. One ETA time increased after I became angry and upset, disclosing I had a disability. Lied to my husband saying they were with me when they were not. Lied about not being able to find my location when they had used pin point live and confirmed it. I only had a flat tyre. Lied about the first mechanic already having left. Later on he called me by mistake and said he hadn't. Got charged £130 Traffic police astounded and shocked at the service and eventually requested i get someone else to help as they were worried about the safety risk to myself and others. After being made to feel held at ransom over them having my card details, I had to find a mobile mechanic who helped me within an hour. I was handled with zero empathy, zero sensitivity and am traumatised by the whole ordeal. They did not care one bit that I was at risk and even stated that they had no obligation to prioritise me as a woman alone on a motorway because I didnt disclose disability at the first call , only on the second. This experience has left me shaken and now I have extreme anxiety about driving anywhere as I have distrust about being helped, even though I am signing up to a reputable provider now.
