Absolute scam of a company.

Absolute scam of a company. Took 8 full weeks to look into a simple complaint? No offers for a credit increase even though all payments were made and on time. Customer service lie to you constantly about increases too. Nightingale from the complaints team needs some serious training on how to respond to complaints in a timely manner.
