I have had a consistently positive experience with this bank account. The account was straightforward to open, and the onboarding process was quick and well explained. Day to day banking is simple, with a clear and reliable mobile app that makes it easy to check balances, transfer money, and manage payments without unnecessary steps. Customer service has been responsive when I have needed support, and issues have been resolved efficiently without being passed between departments.
