The process of setting up my account was extremely simple and I was informed by RCI of each step along the way. I did need to call the RCI support team once and the call was answered very quickly and the support personnel were very knowledgeable and provided me exactly the information and peace of mind I required. I opted for RCI as they provided several options with a market leading interest rate on the type of account I wanted along with access to my account via the mobile app for my smartphone I now have instant access to my account and saving plan.
