Good entry level app and reasonable service

This is a first app I used for banking and it warmed me up to the idea, before I was very reluctant to use any digital banking solutions. The service is reasonable, I had one dispute over payment (possible scam due to my own fault), and although they could not get my money back, they provided me with ample information regarding the process.
