Since I am a student I am on a monthly budget and once when I had used the free account upgrade in the Revolut app, I got charged for it since the offer had expired. Contacting customer service I told them my predicament and they refunded the money instantly. I was so relieved since I barely had any money at the time. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2026
