Rates are poor compared to before, but feels quite secure

The way this is organised feels more secure for you money than other p2p providers, and they offer an isa option. But the rates have been dropping recently, and given the current climate the return doesn't really feel worth the risk anymore Reviewed on: 27th April 2020

Good service but interest rate drops after a year

Good interest rate for the first year, but drops after a year which is annoying. Also access to good regular saver acount. Customer service is excellent Reviewed on: 21st November 2019

Joint current account

We have an M & S joint current account that we use for household expenditure, bills etc. They have been pretty easy to deal with, although I find the online baking system is not the most user friendly. But the free vouchers when signing up are very good! Reviewed on: 24th December 2016
