Oversea investor As an overseas investor, obtaining mortgage financing in the UK can be particularly challenging. My broker demonstrated an excellent understanding of the specific requirements for overseas clients and was able to identify lenders willing to consider my circumstances. They guided me through the documentation requirements and provided clear advice throughout the process. Communication was always prompt and professional despite the time zone differences.
