I approached the broker when I needed to secure bridging finance within a very tight timeframe in order to complete a property purchase. The situation was complex and required quick decision-making. My broker handled the case well, identifying a suitable bridging lender and coordinating the entire process efficiently. They communicated clearly throughout and worked closely with the lender, surveyor and solicitors to ensure everything progressed smoothly.
