Astonishing customer service

They are a company that tells you that you can obtain a 2nd loan but never even works eith you to let this happen. Their workers have no empathy or compassion and it feels like you are talking to AI. Once my loan is repaid i will not be using them again due to the lack of compassion and empathy. They do not deserve any rewards for anything as they clearly lie about who they lend to.
