10/10 customer service

This is my second lenable loan. Can’t fault them. Website is easy to use. I’ve only had to contact customer service once and the person was so helpful and really calmed me down. The issue didn’t lie with lendable. They are one of the few companies who still offer low interest loans to people with good credit. It’s also easy to make extra payments, change the date of payment. It’s honestly the easiest company to make changes to. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026
