Poor experience i have never had a loan with a compa...

Poor experience i have never had a loan with a company that message's every month to re set bank account details. Was never made aware of this constant annoyance. Some time I re do it and it asks for it again. Very poor communication to not make customers aware of this issue never had this before from any other loan company in my life!
