Review of the Abound, Personal loans:

Great but slow

They have been great from a customer point of view and helped when I came into financial difficulties but their responses were very slow. Website states within 48 hours but it took over 2 weeks so I had no choice but to seek help through Stepchange. But Abound apologised and explained, and we’re still very supportive Reviewed on: 25th March 2026
