Transaction process was straightforward..

Finding abound was easy and the steps were easy to follow. The only frustration I had was I didn't hear back soon enough and had to chase up for a short time after the stated time and this is only a minor frustration because upon calling I was transferred to the correct department swiftly and it was sorted out quickly with ease. I felt comfortable within my loan and everything was clearly explained. I managed to pay off early and the breakdown of being able to put in different amounts whilst paying quicker than expected was beneficial due to it being clearly stated with simplicity. I'd come back again. Whilst nobody likes interest rates that's a given, they were excessive given how fast the loan came through. 100% I'd return if needed. Straightforward and no issues throughout and the team were much more helpful than I expected. Reviewed on: 25th March 2026
