My missed payment call

I got a notification that i had a missed payment which i have never had ever since i have worked it was due to a card change anyway, i rang up as soon as i got the message and i think i spoke with an irish lady and she was super helpful and polite from the start i paid my payment over the phone which put me immediatly at ease and she removed the late payment fee, i belive she also said she had removed any futher late payment fees if it ever happened again which it hasnt i also get a message before any payment is taken which is really good, just that one call i have had with you guys was excellent and i have reccomended you to a few work friends and family Reviewed on: 26th March 2026
