I think a bound a brilliant and when I applied for my loan and the rates that I got I thought they were absolutely great and everything was very quick and easy and it’s really really helped me get in a better financial situation So far that I am really grateful. The only thing I would say is that their customer service it’s a little bit difficult to get through to somebody via the telephone and when I did get through to somebody via the telephone because something could happen with my direct debit so I wanted to make a direct payment I was told that they can’t take payment over the phone which is absolutely fine but I was promised that I would be sent a link. I’d ask the lady if she could wait on the phone for me to receive that link to which he said no it takes up to 40 minutes long story Shoot I never received the link so I ended up having to go into the app and pay it myself so that’s the only negative I’ve experienced is actually phoning through to Customer Services but the app itself and the loan to which I was granted were all very very good Reviewed on: 26th March 2026
