Any time where there has been a problem with my monthly repayment i have called up customer service. Every time the phone is answered promptly and with a professional attitude. The people on the phone are always very personable. They all change their attitude quickly to match mine which I like. They are so understanding of financial worries and burdens either no judgment whatsoever. They always manage to make me end the phone with much less panic about repayments and direct debits when I’m having a hard month. I cannot fault lendable for a single thing. The application process was super easy to figure out and my money was paid into my bank account within minutes. I was accepted on the same day as the application too.
