I felt let down by customer services, when I mistake...

I felt let down by customer services, when I mistakenly signed up for a subscription. They did not help me, even though I contacted them straight away. I felt dismissed by customer services. It was difficult to navigate the app to appeal. Reviewed on: 6th April 2026
