Highly accessible credit with options for repayment

I have used PayPal for a long time because it seems more useful than just using my debit card. I also like that I have options for credit, either delayed payment with no added cost to you for a certain period or payment in equal installments. My husband and I use it for large purchases, and take 4 months to pay it off to spread the cost. It feels like super accessible credit. Reviewed on: 6th April 2026
